1. The service
3AM organizes transaction emails from your Gmail account into spending insights, reports and reminders. By using 3AM you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and may connect only a Gmail account you own or are authorized to use.
3. Permissions
3AM requests read-only Gmail access. We cannot send, modify or delete your email, and we cannot move money or make payments. The app uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow with PKCE. You can revoke 3AM's Google access through your Google Account settings.
4. Gmail processing, encryption and retention
3AM processes Gmail messages to identify and extract bank transaction details. Successfully parsed email content is not retained in the failed-message log. If parsing fails, the relevant message content and headers may be temporarily retained for troubleshooting and improving parsing reliability.
Email addresses are encrypted after being extracted from Google's identity-token response. Plaintext email addresses and message bodies are not intentionally written to application logs. Data is handled subject to the app's security controls and privacy policy.
Failed-message records are automatically deleted after seven days. 3AM does not store Gmail refresh tokens on its server. Gmail processing is limited to a maximum window of approximately 45 minutes while the app is in use, subject to access-token validity and the user's authorization. This processing window is not a guarantee that every access token expires after 45 minutes.

5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it.
6. Accuracy and no financial advice
Insights are generated automatically from emails and may be incomplete or wrong, for example when a bank changes its email format. Always check your official bank statements. 3AM does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
8. Termination
You can stop using 3AM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and 3AM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
